The Handyman/Driver is responsible for maintaining commercial properties through minor repairs and efficient equipment operation. This role involves safe driving of company vans and requires flexibility to work regular daytime hours with weekend availability.

- Operate necessary equipment safely and efficiently
- Drive company vans to transport tools, equipment, and personnel
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks during regular daytime hours
- Provide weekend availability to address urgent property needs
