RCM Solutions Consultant

Empowered Staffing is partnered with an emerging healthcare technology company leveraging AI to transform the revenue cycle process for healthcare providers. The organization is seeking an RCM Solutions Consultant to serve as the subject matter expert for its revenue cycle technology platform. This individual will lead client onboarding and implementation efforts, provide expert guidance throughout the deployment process, and ensure clients successfully adopt and optimize the solution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead client onboarding, implementation, and deployment of the platform.
• Serve as the trusted advisor for customers, providing ongoing guidance, training, and support after implementation.
• Configure and optimize revenue cycle workflows based on each organization's operational needs.
• Leverage deep expertise in senior living and skilled nursing revenue cycle management to advise clients on best practices.
• Implement and integrate PointClickCare or other electronic health record (EHR) systems with the platform.
• Build and maintain payer configurations, reimbursement rules, and state-specific billing and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the internal and external subject matter expert on RCM processes, claims management, accounts receivable, denials, collections, and reimbursement.
• Partner with product, engineering, and customer success teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements.
• Help clients understand and adopt AI-driven workflow automation, demonstrating how technology can improve operational efficiency, reduce manual work, and accelerate cash flow.
• Troubleshoot implementation challenges and develop solutions that align with healthcare compliance and reimbursement requirements.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly within skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), senior living, or post-acute care.
• Hands-on experience implementing PointClickCare or comparable EHR/EMR platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care payers, commercial insurance, and state-specific billing regulations.
• Experience configuring payer rules, reimbursement workflows, and revenue cycle processes.
• Comfortable working with healthcare technology and excited about AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent client-facing, consulting, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment or with SaaS healthcare products is a plus.
