About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / General Manager to lead a growing Aesthetics & Regenerative Medicine Division - a business built around advanced products and technologies used by med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, wound care and hair-restoration practices.

This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing operations, driving commercial performance, optimizing processes, and supporting the sales, clinical, and customer-facing teams. Our ideal candidate has worked for a company that manufactures or distributes aesthetic devices, regenerative medicine products, PRP solutions, skincare solutions, or hair-growth technologies and understands the needs of clinical buyers and aesthetic practices.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across the division to ensure strong performance, efficient processes, and excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with medical and aesthetic providers—including med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and hair-restoration specialists—to support product adoption and client satisfaction.
• Implement and uphold quality, safety, compliance, and industry standards in aesthetics and regenerative medicine.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to drive growth, product utilization, and customer retention.
• Lead and develop staff across operations, customer support, logistics, and clinical education.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, inventory, and financial reporting to support revenue growth and profitability.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements, workflow optimization, and technology integration.
• Support commercial efforts, including product launches, sales initiatives, marketing campaigns, and training programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and IT partners to ensure seamless operational support.
• Track industry trends, new aesthetic technologies, and competitive intelligence to keep the division ahead of market changes.
• Report operational and financial progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of operations or general management experience within a company that sells products or technologies to med spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, hair-restoration clinics, or other aesthetic providers.
• Experience working with or supporting aesthetic products, regenerative medicine solutions, platelet rich plasma - PRP systems, beauty technologies, or clinical devices.
• Ability to manage and scale business operations in a fast-growing, customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, developing, and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience supporting or collaborating with sales and marketing teams in the aesthetic or medical device markets.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clinicians, sales professionals, and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated strength in strategic planning, financial management, and operational execution.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field required.
• MBA or relevant certifications (aesthetics, medical device, healthcare management) preferred.
