Real Estate Assistant to Top 1% Broker

$500 per week + Commission (Your contributions shape your success)

As her Real Estate Assistant, you’ll jump into the fast-paced world of high-volume real estate. You’ll assist with live transactions, coordinate client showings, and gain daily exposure to the exact strategies that drive elite performance. This role offers more than back-end support — it positions you to develop fundamental skills, receive ongoing mentorship, and build a successful real estate career with confidence.

What You'll Do:

• Assist Nancy with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, client follow-ups, and listing preparation

• Host and coordinate open houses and property showings for buyers

• Join training sessions, in-house workshops, and networking events to sharpen your skills

• Attend home inspections and meet with city officials or affiliates to coordinate Certificates of Occupancy (COs).

• Partner with our social media and marketing team to build an online presence and attract new leads

Job Requirements:

• Valid New Jersey Real Estate License

• Reliable transportation for client appointments and property tours

• Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and weekends

• Energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow

• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills

• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools

• Spanish fluency required
