Transition Integration Manager

Remote with 50-70% travel will be in US domestically - international travel will be comparatively limited- Expenses paid

Rate :: $120

Role responsibilities ::

  • Overall responsibility for the transition and integration of all workstreams for all Waves, tech implementation if any and transformation in-line with the IBM solution as contracted with the Client.
  • Responsible for scheduling and monitoring of IBM resources to ensure consistent performance to meet all project objectives.
  • Coordinates requirements and deliverables as needed with client-counterpart for in-scope work transfer for process & people.
  • Ability to Plan, lead and run IBM Internal and Client related Governance, risk assessment & reporting independently.
  • Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for the overall Transition project, according to the project plan or charter.
  • Enables the Transition Management System and Governance
  • Provides overall direction to workstream transition leads on integrated project plan and program management processes (status reporting, risk and issue management reporting, transition deliverables management, etc.).
  • Interlocks project plan across workstreams and responsible for integration of process design across all workstreams.
  • Responsible for creation of overall strategy documents applied across all centers and workstreams (ie, test strategy, cutover strategy, etc.)
  • Responsible for management and reconciliation of transition cost against approved cost case.
  • Escalation point for issues and risks prior to escalation to DPE/, PE, etc.as defined by project escalation procedures.
  • Responsible to solution the transition phase for new and potential IBM's Clients as response to RFP. This includes drafting Transition related plan, costing and leading Orals.
