  • Cross-System Data Governance:
Collaborate with business teams to understand and support upstream/downstream systems that insert or update Salesforce data (e.g., CPQ, ERP, marketing platforms). Ensure data transformations and sync processes maintain data fidelity.
  • Documentation & Standards Maintenance:
Maintain clear documentation of data definitions, standards, and data lineage across Salesforce objects and related systems. Serve as a knowledge resource for data-related questions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • User Enablement & Best Practices:
Support Salesforce users by creating guidance, training materials, and self-service resources that promote consistent and accurate data entry. Champion data quality awareness across business units.
  • Master Data Management & Data Quality Enablement:
Leverage both native Salesforce tools (such as validation rules, duplicate management, and data integration capabilities) and external MDM solutions to ensure consistent, accurate, and governed data across the Salesforce ecosystem. Support the implementation of scalable data management frameworks that enforce standards, reduce duplication, and maintain data integrity across interconnected platforms

Qualifications:

  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce data structures, standard objects (e.g., Leads, Accounts, Opportunities), and reporting tools. Able to navigate and analyze within Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related applications.
