Medical Receptionist
Advocare West Englewood Pediatrics , a growing pediatric office in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a F/T medical receptionist/MA for long term growth. Evening/weekend availability required.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask and be a team player.
- Knowledge of microsoft and google platforms.
- Experience with Navinet, Availity.
- Heavy phone and email volume.
- Responsibilities include scheduling, collecting payments, coordination of care, forms, patient follow up.
- Eclinicalworks EMR experience preferred.
