Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and closure of manufacturing projects from concept to completion.
• Manage project budgets resources (personnel equipment materials) and timelines effectively.
• Identify assess and mitigate project risks particularly those related to production supply chain and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production procurement and quality assurance.
• Ensure all project deliverables adhere to manufacturing standards quality specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate project status challenges and successes to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes through project delivery.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• PMP certification or a recognized equivalent project management credential.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes production lifecycles and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Jira) and methodologies (e.g. Lean Agile).
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Operations Management Business or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) for project tracking and resource management.
• Experience managing projects involving automation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards (e.g. ISO FDA GMP) relevant to the manufacturing sector.
