Job Title: Machine Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Technician to join our team for a weekend shift or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate personal safety and help maintain a safe work environment for yourself and fellow team members.
• Follow all company safety rules and guidelines.
• Inspect equipment prior to use to ensure proper setup and alignments.
• Perform mechanical adjustments on the machine.
• Produce the required amount of product within established specifications and tolerances.
• Measure finished products with precision tools to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain daily documentation and logs of units produced, including records of errors resulting in rejected or discarded pieces.
• Notify the supervisor of production completion and prepare the machine for the next production run.
• Identify components described in the production order and return and label any remaining components upon completion.
• Keep the warehouse and facility clean, organized, and efficiently maintained.
• Coordinate and communicate with production teams across all shifts about the daily production plan.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Flexibility in work assignments
• Ability to check the quality of products

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Bordentown, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $47840.00/yr.
