Job Description

Sphirea Plus is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and business growth. This role requires a creative thinker with analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of current marketing trends and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company goals.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Manage and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and operations.

• Track and report campaign performance metrics to leadership.

• Assist in content creation, branding initiatives, and promotional material development.

• Coordinate event participation and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing channels.
