Competitive compensation ($23.94/hour + shift differential) and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, short term disability insurance, long term disability insurance, vacation, and tuition reimbursement.
Responsibilities
Keeping the waste water discharge from Johanna Foods Inc. within required permit levels.
Working safely and independently.
Communicating technical issues verbally and in writing.
Training off-site and becoming certified as an N-Level Wastewater Treatment Operator.
Responsible for operating and maintaining all industrial waste water, bio-solid processing, and dewatering equipment required to control the flow and quality of waste water.
Conducting lab tests for water and optimal chemical application.
General WWT Plant housekeeping.
Keeping equipment and conveyors in optimal running condition.
Maintaining logs of various operations within the WWT Plant.
Proficiency in basic math.
Reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Working independently with a team-oriented attitude and approach.
Qualifications
High school diploma is required.
Weekend work is required.
Proficiency in basic math is required.
