Congress Administrator
3 months contract, possible +3 months extension (6 months total).
Pay Rate *** / hr
***-30 hours a week / office hours.
1 day/week in Princeton // Home office allowed.
*** will not provide Laptop equipment but the staff agency should provide this.

As an administrator, you'll be responsible for operational support for Meeting, Congress & Events across ***. This role is also responsible for securing and monitoring attendee registrations, exhibit badges, sponsorships, and housing for national and regional events.
Major Accountabilities:
Event Planning & Vendor Coordination
• Support association and vendor outreach to secure necessary services for events
• Secure, purchase, and communicate event registrations, exhibit booth needs, and attendee needs (such as hotel rooms)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Timeliness and accuracy of attendee, housing, and registration workflows
