What you ll work on
- Complex repairs on tractors, trailers, and yard tractors
- PMs, inspections, diagnostics, and general repairs
- Air/hydraulic brakes + ABS, electrical, steering, suspension, drivelines
- Liftgate repair, welding/fabrication as needed
- Repair orders + time/accountability in the RTA Maintenance Program
- Mentor/support junior mechanics
What we re looking for
- 2+ years mechanical experience preferred (or tech training + 1 year)
- Ability to repair brakes, air systems, rear doors, and electrical with minimal supervision
- Valid driver s license (Class A moving experience preferred)
- Your own required hand tools
- Certifications (tires/wheels, brakes, HVAC, DOT inspections) are a plus
