Warehouse Operations Forklift Technician

What You'll Tackle
- Operate forklifts and related equipment to move, place, and stack goods efficiently.
- Receive shipments: verify counts, inspect quality, and document variances.
- Arrange inventory to make the most of available space.
- Pick and prepare orders for scheduled deliveries or pickups.
- Keep work areas clean while following all safety procedures.
- Work cross-functionally to meet daily throughput targets.
- Support routine cycle counts and inventory audits.
Do You Bring the Right Background?
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven forklift operating experience (or closely related warehouse experience).
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely.
- Physically fit to lift, move, and handle heavy materials.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Comfortable using basic computer tools and inventory systems.
