Summary:

· We’re in search of Business Analyst 2 to support customer and company requirements for order and/or account management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing.

Job Title: Business Analyst 2

Location: Englewood Cliffs NJ 07632 Onsite

Duration: 12+ Month contract with possibility of extension

Status: (Onsite)

KEY RESPONSIBILITES/REQUIREMENTS:

· The main function of this role is supporting customer and company requirements for order and/or account management based on account portfolios, entry and maintenance of purchase orders, chargeback processing, working with various departments to support order processes and support Team co-workers.

Job Responsibilities:

· Order Management processing for accounts and related account procedures.

· Maintaining account portfolios for ordering, tracking, customer and company requirements.

· Chargeback processing

· Return processing

· Informing order status and support inquires for direct Account Customers

· Process improvements/efficiencies

· Support Team Members for order processing and account portfolios

· Ad Hoc Reporting

Skills:

· Excellent verbal and written communication as well as interpersonal

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work independently

· Ability for Accuracy

· Time management

· Intermediate computer applications (Microsoft Excel, Word)

· Use of Outlook with Multiple Inboxes

· EDI

· SAP

· Multi-tasking with Attention to Detail

Education and Years of Experience:

· Completed Bachelor’s degree in related field. Bonus Master’s Degree

·3-5 years of applicable experience

Top Skills:

· Order Management and/or Account Management Experience

· Prior Use of SAP and EDI

· Multi-tasking with Attention to Detail

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $36 to $38/hour
