Hiring: EAM Scrum Master (Band 6)
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Onsite – Travel Required)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced EAM Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery for SAP EAM implementation and ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery tracking.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
• Manage backlog, user stories, and JIRA tracking
• Coordinate between functional, technical, and business teams
• Remove blockers and ensure sprint commitments are met
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support release planning and delivery governance
Requirements
• 5–7 years Scrum Master experience in SAP / IT projects
• Strong Agile and JIRA expertise
• Experience supporting SAP EAM or S/4HANA projects preferred
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
