As a member of the Global Commercial Recruiting Team, the Recruiting Operations Intern will be primarily responsible for supporting the recruiters within our different business unit, provide administrative support, and work within TA (Talent Acquisition) technologies. This is an opportunity to support recruitment processes while learning how to manage multiple tasks.

This position will entail the following responsibilities as well as other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Provide support to the Operations team in a variety of ways including but limited to; system administration. Support includes configuration of the system (emails, video interview, offer letters, etc.) along with other administrative support. This will involve ensuring smooth operations within the TA department and contributing to the overall efficiency of our team.
  • Fulfill new tickets submitted by recruitment and partner with the Operations Team Managers to undertake any maintenance or updates required
  • Collaborate with teams across the Operations function as well as opportunities to collaborate cross-functionally throughout the business
  • Process documentation – Support with the creation of job aids as it pertains to any operation processes new or updated

Along with demonstrated initiative, uncompromised integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

  • Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a similar field of study
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks and change focus quickly as demands change, while maintaining the same attention to detail and quality
  • Proficiency in Internet applications and demonstrated knowledge with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Candidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall ’26 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 18, 2026 to August 7, 2026 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week).

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-28/hr but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
