We are seeking a dedicated and professional Patient Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and ensuring a positive experience at our Care Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with any inquiries.
- Help patients complete necessary forms accurately and efficiently.
- Verify insurance information and collect copays or past due balances.
- Reach out to patients to schedule physicals and follow-up appointments.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the Care Center to the public.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
