As a Senior Client Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you’ll be the strategic relationship manager and client liaison, leading increasingly complex self-funded accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their day-to-day needs and provide tailored solutions while managing their annual strategies . Your leadership will help shape a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring that both our clients and team members thrive .
How you'll make an impact- Share market expertise and keep clients informed about compliance-related issues .
- Champion Gallagher’s resources and tools to maximise efficiency in managing client deliverables .
- Support the employee benefits Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal process, aiming for a 95% retention rate .
- Guide, develop, and mentor new hires and team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment .
- Align with the account management team to ensure compliance with local and corporate standards .
- Strong communication skills to build professional relationships with clients and colleagues .
- A proactive approach to influencing events and achieving team goals .
- Adaptability and composure when managing multiple priorities .
- A desire to continuously learn and improve efficiency and productivity .
- A Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of client coordination/claims management experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience .
- Appropriate licensing and certifications, with the ability to travel as needed .

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
