About This Role
SUMMER PROGRAM Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time Floating Teacher Assistant for the summer season. This role involves providing top-notch care and support to our young students, Monday through Friday, for 40 hours a week. As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for fostering a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages our children to thrive.
What You'll DoIn our fast-paced and nurturing environment, you will engage in various child-centered activities, including comforting, napping, playing, and assisting with mealtimes. You will also be responsible for supporting the classroom Teacher in maintaining a well-organized and managed classroom space, ensuring seamless operations and compliance.
To excel in this role, you will need to follow the Teacher's weekly lesson plans and activities, promoting a cohesive and engaging learning experience for our students. Open communication with parents is essential, and you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports of meals, attendance, and other important events.
Additionally, you will be expected to follow all practices and procedures, assist in all areas of need, and perform other duties as assigned by the team.
RequirementsMust be 18 years old or older.
Must have a High School Diploma at a minimum; Associates preferred.
Must be willing to complete a CARI Background Check and Fingerprints.
Must be willing to provide proof of Physical & TB Test Results.
Nice To HavesA Pediatric First-Aid Certification would be a valuable asset in this role, enabling you to provide specialized care and support to our young students.
