As we continue to grow, we’re looking to add a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our on-site operations and ensure every project meets our exacting standards.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Construction Manager with proven experience as a General Contractor to oversee the construction of luxury residential properties from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knows how to keep a site running efficiently, on time, and on budget—without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations for multiple residential construction projects

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and building standards

• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and change orders

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and regulations

• Communicate with clients, architects, and project team to keep everyone aligned

• Troubleshoot issues and maintain timelines to meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Contractor or Construction Manager in residential new construction (luxury homes preferred)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes

• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and blueprints

• Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills

• Comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and project documentation

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

• Competitive salary: $80,000–$100,000 , based on experience
