Staff Management Group is seeking a Packer for our client in Lyndhurst, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule

• 1st shift: 4AM - 12:30PM
• Plus overtime

Pay Rate

• $17 / hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking, packing, and labeling products to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick products from inventory shelves based on order slips or digital pick lists
• Pack items securely and neatly in boxes or containers according to company guidelines
• Label packages accurately to ensure proper tracking and shipment
• Inspect products for damage or accuracy prior to packing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while on the warehouse floor
• Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy targets
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leads as needed
• Support inventory control by reporting discrepancies or damaged goods
• Perform general warehouse duties and assist with other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Spanish
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or packing experience preferred
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and packing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods
