This position is designed as a hybrid role, with a primary focus on home care, supported by in-clinic care within an integrated treatment model.

Benefits We Offer:

• Total Compensation/Benefit Value: $99,000+
• Starting Salary: $82,000 (newly licensed) or commensurate with experience.
• Salary Enhancements: Have autonomy with a self-determined caseload earning an additional $10,200.
