Here at Bluevine, we’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful, and customer-focused Product Manager to help shape the future of our Lending and Credit experiences. If you're passionate about empowering small businesses and love working in cross-functional teams to bring impactful ideas to life, this role could be a perfect fit.
In this high-impact position, you’ll partner closely with colleagues across the organization—from Engineering and Design to Legal, Marketing, and Risk—working in harmony to design solutions that truly serve our users. You'll be an advocate for our customers, a champion of thoughtful problem-solving, and a leader who can gracefully guide a project from concept to completion.
Our hybrid work model supports a balance between the flexibility of remote work and the connection of in-person collaboration. We value shared spaces where creativity and camaraderie can flourish.
What You'll Do:
* Thoughtfully uncover opportunities for innovation by listening to customer stories, analyzing data, and engaging with internal stakeholders.
* Balance customer needs with business goals by prioritizing features that offer meaningful impact while being mindful of resource considerations.
* Collaborate closely with design partners to imagine intuitive and delightful user experiences.
* Write clear and empathetic product specifications and documentation that guide teams with purpose and clarity.
* Partner side-by-side with engineers to gently unblock issues and support development efforts with grace and persistence.
* Nurture and maintain a well-organized feature backlog, always keeping the customer journey at the center of your decisions.
* Facilitate alignment across departments including Risk, Compliance, Legal, Support, and Marketing—fostering trust and shared understanding.
* Engage with external partners to integrate complementary products and services with care and strategic insight.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in fintech or a related space.
* A proactive and nurturing leader who inspires collaboration and encourages team progress.
* A thoughtful decision-maker with strong business intuition and a clear prioritization mindset.
* A proven track record of launching customer-centered products that drive real results.
* Exceptional communicator who thrives when engaging with a wide range of people and perspectives.
* Strong analytical acumen, with experience in data interpretation, A/B testing, and SQL.
* Comfortable navigating complex projects with competing priorities while maintaining grace under pressure.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Physics).
* Experience in a technical role or advanced degrees (MBA, PhD, Master's) are warmly welcomed.
