Our client is modernizing claims processing by bringing reprocessing and management in-house. The environment includes Zoho CRM, Abby OCR, and Pro EDI, with current workflows relying on manual invoicing and limited internal EDI experience. This engagement focuses on implementing and optimizing EDI 837 workflows, improving automation, and enhancing accuracy across the claims lifecycle.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $70.00 to $60.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for claims processing and EDI initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage multiple vendors, clearinghouses, and technical partners.
- Own and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors.
- Drive adoption of automated, industry-standard billing and claims workflows.
- Provide recommendations on process improvements and vendor solutions.
- Identify and manage dependencies across systems, vendors, and teams.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum throughout delivery.
Experience Requirements
- Proven experience managing projects involving EDI 837 transactions.
- Direct experience with claims processing, clearinghouses, and claims data flows.
- Strong vendor management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience driving projects in third-party administration (TPA) or similar environments.
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, make recommendations, and advance initiatives.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or Zoho’s low-code environment (preferred).
- Light technical or coding background (preferred).
- Experience evaluating, onboarding, or replacing vendors to accelerate delivery (preferred).
- Background in healthcare benefits, insurance, or related regulated industries (preferred).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
