Job Type: Independent Contractor / Part-Time / Full-Time / Flexible Hours
Compensation: Hourly per session + growth opportunities, Commission

Position Overview

As a Personal Trainer at [Your Gym Name], you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Create your own schedule based on your availability and client needs

• Work 1-on-1 with clients to deliver customized fitness programs

• Motivate and inspire clients to reach their physical and mental fitness goals

• Be part of a professional, supportive team that values your growth and success

• Conduct fitness assessments and design tailored workout programs

• Lead safe, effective, and engaging training sessions

• Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly

• Build and manage your own client base

• Maintain a clean and professional training space

• Represent the gym in a friendly and motivating manner

Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent)

• CPR/AED Certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)

• Passion for fitness and helping others

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, and client-focused

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, or weekends
