What You'll Do:The Operations team is responsible for the planning and delivery processes that keep CoreWeave's global infrastructure running efficiently. This team works cross-functionally to optimize cloud resource utilization, scale capacity seamlessly, and ensure business goals are met through data-driven capacity planning and process automation.
About the role:As a Senior Global Business Process Owner, you will lead the end-to-end management of demand and capacity planning processes across CoreWeave's global operations. You'll leverage your expertise in cloud capacity management to optimize resource allocation, drive scalable process improvements, and implement 3rd party and internal systems that enhance efficiency. Partnering with multiple teams worldwide, you'll ensure capacity strategies align with business goals and support rapid technology evolution.
Who You Are:10+ years of experience in capacity planning and resource management, particularly in cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.)
Proven success leading global capacity management initiatives and deploying capacity planning systems at scale
Deep expertise in cloud resource management, infrastructure planning, and cost optimization within hyperscaler settings
Strong technical skills including cloud infrastructure knowledge, capacity forecasting, and resource management tool proficiency
Experience with performance monitoring, utilization analysis, and ensuring scalability in cloud platforms
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or MBA a plus)
ITIL or relevant capacity management certifications
Experience with automated capacity scaling, machine learning, and predictive analytics for capacity planning
Background in financial modeling and cost optimization related to cloud infrastructure
You love to solve complex problems involving cloud infrastructure and resource optimization
You're curious about emerging cloud technologies and automation opportunities
You're an expert in designing scalable processes that balance performance and cost efficiency
The base salary range for this role is $177,000 to $237,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
