PMO Project Manager Americas
What you´ll do
- Lead & Execute Projects: Lead and deliver projects, applying structured project management methodologies.
- Ensure on-time execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while maintaining a results-oriented focus.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Lead communication and coordination with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular updates, resolve issues proactively, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure effective coordination, tracking, and reporting of projects. This includes managing project portfolios, flagging delays, supporting prioritization, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting & Review Governance: Establish and maintain structured reporting routines to support recurring operational and leadership reviews.
- Drive adoption of standard templates and reporting mechanisms across stakeholders.
- Ensure consistency, quality, and alignment in all reports, while supporting project quality reviews and governance checks
- Manage the planning, development, and execution of training initiatives within the PMO.
- This includes coordinating content creation, facilitating learning sessions, and working with internal stakeholders to align training with business needs.
- The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, an interest in capability building, and a passion for professional development.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in project management processes and contributing to the evolution of standards, playbooks, and templates to drive operational excellence.
- Utilize project and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI) to maintain visibility and enable informed decision-making
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project management (business or engineering projects)
- PMP certification is highly desirable; alternatives (e.g. CAPM, Prince2) or active preparation considered
- Demonstrated experience managing small to mid-size projects including risk control and stakeholder communication
- Strong planning, organization, and coordination skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in PM software and tools, including MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with PM governance, reporting, and quality assurance practices.

The salary range for this role is $110,000.00 and $130,000.00. This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
