Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
• Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
• No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
• No more than one accident (last 3 years)
• No more than 3 job changes per year
• No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

Key responsibilities:

• Safely transport flatbed freight, implement correct tie-downs and tarping methods.
• Execute pre/post-trip inspections and maintain compliant logs/ELD records.
• Liaise with dispatch for routing, scheduling and load specifics.
• Uphold equipment condition and follow DOT cargo securement regulations.

Compensation: 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. Lease-to-own in one year on 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner. Policy includes pet/rider-friendly options, 24/7 support and a 90-day test drive to evaluate the role.
