Senior Tax Manager
Kforce's client, a growing regional CPA firm in Parsippany, NJ, is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for career advancement, including the benefit of summer Fridays, year-end bonus and the chance to work across a diverse range of industries. Responsibilities:
- Review complex C Corp, S Corp, and partnership income tax returns
- Review of high-net-worth individual returns
- Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
- Identify and leverage tax planning opportunities
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Training and supervision of staff members
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting
- CPA is a must
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review,
- Expected to have good communications skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities
- Experience managing & mentoring staff
