Part Time | 12 Hours per Week
**Payrate at $38/Hour**
Requirements for a Wellness Nurse:
- Completion of a nursing program.
- Knowledge of Community Health nursing; Nurse Educator.
- Home care experience and/or working with older adults preferred.
- RN in good standing in the State of NJ. LPN may be considered with appropriate skills and experience.
