For more than 50 years, Foremost Machine Builders, Inc. has provided services to the plastics, recycling, and material handling industries. Foremost is an innovative manufacturer of plastics industry equipment and is seeking an individual to be part of our inside sales team in our expanding business.

We have an immediate opportunity in our Fairfield, NJ location for an inside sales position.

Overview :
This individual will be responsible for working closely with other members of our inside and outside sales team, learning all aspects of our business, as well as the plastics industry

Job Description:

• Receive spare part orders and contact existing customers for follow-up sales.
• Assist sales team with quote follow up and order entry.
• Assist in answering incoming sales inquiries and provide general sales department support.
• Become a subject matter expert on all Foremost equipment and products
• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and written channels.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of inside sales experience preferably in the plastics industry
• Ambitious, Accountable, Motivated, Organized, individual with excellent verbal communication skills
• Associates Degree (Bachelors preferred)
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
• Must be a team player and be able to work with a diverse team

Foremost Machine Builders, Inc. offers a highly competitive salary within a range of $20.00 - $32.00 per hour. A benefits package consisting of health insurance, life insurance, short term disability insurance and a 401K retirement plan is also offered.
