As our Product Delivery Manager you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our internally developed advanced analytics and AI applications. Reporting to the Director of Advanced Analytics & AI in the Global Supply Chain Data & AI team you will partner with cross-functional development teams to guide products through all phases of the lifecycle and serve as the custodian of our growing application portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and leading processes that ensure the portfolios long-term sustainability. This role is a critical enabler to support our 2030 digital strategy as we transition to building more solutions internally.

Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Health & Governance: Oversee the operational health reliability and continuous performance of our growing portfolio of custom full-stack applications to ensure high availability for supply chain business users.

• Release & Lifecycle Management: Establish and lead end-to-end software lifecycle standards and management shepherding custom-built applications seamlessly from design and prototype into sustained production and enhancement.

• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Align and drive activities of hybrid developer teamscomposed of internal developers external contractors and IT partnersto ensure delivery of robust and sustainable solutions

• Technical Integrity & Risk Mitigation: Conduct ongoing sniff tests of software builds to proactively spot architectural gaps flag deployment risks manage technical debt and ensure seamless integration with core systems

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between development teams and supply chain operations leaders to manage performance expectations communicate application health metrics and triage enhancement and maintenance needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related technical field of study.

• 8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development or technical product management.

• Demonstrated experience governing the product life cycle of custom-built full-stack applications

• Proven track record of managing and collaborating across matrixed cross-functional development teams including internal developers IT partners and external contractors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience building deploying or maintaining advanced analytics or AI applications

• Prior experience in Supply Chain operations or the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

• Strong technical diagnostic skills with the ability to read code and evaluate architecture to identify technical risks before production release.

• Public proof of competency (e.g. open source projects personal github repo etc.)

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $124000.00 - $174000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
