As Sales Manager/ AGM, you’ll be the heartbeat of Fitometry’s growth engine. You’ll lead a dynamic sales team, implement performance strategies, and develop your people to reach their potential. • Lead and inspire your sales team through daily leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Create and implement data-driven sales strategies that exceed membership and revenue targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales goals with marketing and operations.
• Foster long-term relationships that enhance member experience and loyalty.
• Use analytics and market insight to anticipate trends and stay ahead of competitors.

Base: 60-70k, 

Bonuses: 10-50k

Base +bonus package = 60-110k
