Our Team, Your Impact

Embark on a future with an international pharmaceuticals company, contributing your creative energy to high-impact projects from the moment you arrive through the course of this 12 week experience. You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program.

Location: Remote
Length: May 26, 2026 – August 14, 2026
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite 3 days a week) for 12 weeks

How You’ll Spend Your Day

• During the 11-week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Marketing department focusing on KOL Strategy & Congress Planning.
• Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
• You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Innovative Medicines business unit.
• During this program you will work on the planning and execution of 2 - 3 initiatives involving engagement with Key Opinion Leaders in the Neuroscience and Psychiatry space.

Your Skills and Experience

• Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business, Communications or Public Relations program seeking a BS or BA degree
• Strong academic performance and coursework exposure to marketing fundamentals
• Fundamental understanding and experience in Analytical and Strategic thinking, Communication skills, and Organization and Execution, Problem Solving.
• Marketing exposure is a plus ie. marketing clubs, leadership, projects, market research, social media.
• Prefer a genuine interest in healthcare and patient impact.
