Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Union & Montclair, NJ

Elementary & High School Settings | School Year Positions

Horizon Staffing Resources is hiring Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based roles in:

Union, NJ – Elementary School

Montclair, NJ – High School

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect BCBA supervision to behavior therapists
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment and behavior plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Analyze student data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write progress reports and attend IEP/Child Study Team meetings
• Collaborate with parents and school staff

Requirements

• BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Master’s degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Strong communication and data analysis skills
• Must have or be willing to obtain Board of Education fingerprint clearance
