Join Service Professionals as a full-time Residential HVAC Diagnostics Specialist. Start your morning in your assigned take-home truck, dispatch from home, open your mobile work orders, and spend the day solving complex residential comfort challenges. You will diagnose, repair, and advise homeowners, leaving every visit with a confident thumbs-up.

What your day looks like

• Respond to residential service and repair calls, including the most complex jobs.
• Diagnose issues, perform precise repairs, and prevent premature breakdowns and callbacks.
• Walk homeowners through multiple options, explain work performed, and recommend service agreements.
• Own your metrics, track performance, and aim to exceed revenue goals with integrity.
• Use modern tools and software to make your work efficient and enjoyable.

What you bring

• Deep residential HVAC expertise and a passion for hands-on problem solving.
• Relevant state licenses and certifications.
• Expert understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Fluency in English and excellent customer communication.
• High integrity, no shortcuts, and a friendly, professional presence homeowners trust.
• Physical ability for a demanding, manual role.

Compensation and benefits

• Hourly pay depending on experience: $25–$50.
• High performers have earned $80,000–$170,000 in total compensation.

Physical demands and working conditions

This role involves frequent sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and stooping; using hands to handle controls; hearing and talking with customers; reaching with hands and arms; climbing ladders; and working in hot or cold environments such as crawl spaces. You should be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are needed. You will work outdoors across multiple seasons based on workload and scope.
