Circle Subaru is Hiring!
Circle Subaru, part of the Circle Motor Group family of dealerships, is searching for a high-performing Motor Vehicle Clerk to join our growing company. This is a rare opportunity and an opportunity to take your career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Costing and commissioning deals.
- Prepare lien payoffs and follow-up on the receipt of the title from the bank.
- Post wholesale transactions to accounting and prepare titles for wholesalers.
- Prepare motor vehicle on all NJ and out-of-state vehicles
- Maintain contracts in transit and reconcile to schedule.
- Post all motor vehicle checks to accounting.
- Reconcile reserve accounts.
- Post extended warranties. Reconcile aftersales statement and prepare check.
- Review aftersales cancellations & prepare checks to customers.
- Post and reconcile incentive schedule.
- Other duties as needed.
