Cambridge Square Dental is excited to announce an opening in our vibrant dental office for a full-time Dental Assistant. We are seeking a diligent, enthusiastic, and dependable individual to join our dedicated team. As a Dental Assistant within our facility, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute directly to the care and comfort of our patients, enhancing their dental care experience.
This role is an ideal match for someone who is passionate about healthcare and seeks a hands-on position in a fast-paced medical setting. Please note that this is an onsite position at our premises in Cambridge, and is not a remote job, ensuring that you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, engaging directly with patients and the dental team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the doctor during various dental procedures to ensure smooth and efficient treatment delivery.
- Prepare and clean dental operatories before and after patient appointments, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain rigorous infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Take digital X-rays and impressions of patients' teeth as required (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Greet patients upon their arrival, help them settle in, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
- Provide support to the front desk and other team members as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
