Responsibilities

Manages EPIC system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting. Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems. Acts as a liaison for Departments for Clinical System issues.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

1. High School Diploma required
2. Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Healthcare field, Business Discipline, Healthcare Management, Health Information management or Information Science or equivalent experience preferred.
3. 2 years work experience in a hospital setting required
4. Clinical experience preferred.
5. Interpersonal skills necessary to deal with and establish working relationships with physicians, hospital personnel and co-workers.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $22.00 to $34.28. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
