Financial Controller – Manufacturing and Logistics

We are seeking a Controller to join our growing Manufacturing and Logistics client. This is a new position and will oversee the daily financial operations of several locations.

This position will oversee the daily functions of 5 individuals that include AP, AR and Payroll. You will be skilled in implementing opportunities for process improvements to streamline operations as the business continues to grow.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Accounting Professional with a minimum of 7 years in a Senior Accounting role; skilled in leading a team. You will be skilled in process and operations efficiency plans.

You will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting with strong knowledge of financial analysis, preparing monthly and annual financial statements, GAAP and variance analysis.

Experience:

Must have 7 plus years of accounting operations experience.

Must have supervisory experience

Must have Accounting/Finance Degree – MBA preferred
