Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key referral sources at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and other healthcare organizations.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with decision-makers for their LHCSA home care needs.
• Educate professionals on our comprehensive services and demonstrate how we support their patients’ journeys.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven track record: 3+ years in home care or healthcare marketing/business development, with established referral relationships in the North Jersey healthcare market.
• Dynamic personality: Ambitious, empathetic, growth-oriented, and confident in networking and relationship-building.
• Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the LHCSA/CHHA landscape and the ability to spot new opportunities to expand your book of business.
