Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar is an emerging and rapidly growing full-service luxury beauty salon. We're seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team for the following roles: Hair Stylists, Barbers & Lash Technicians.

As a licensed Hair Stylist at Moxie, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair services while working collaboratively with the team to ensure an outstanding client experience. We are looking for stylists who thrive on making people feel and look their best! Moxie provides continuous, free training to keep our stylists growing! We are looking for individuals who want to learn additional skills and add to their expertise!

If you love the beauty industry, commit to teamwork (team-based model), and desire to provide exceptional service to our clients, we want to hear from you!

Compensation: Competitive salary or hourly rate (based on experience) plus opportunity to earn performance bonuses—cash tips.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hair services, such as haircuts, coloring, styling, and other treatments
• Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and best practices
• Collaborate with the salon team to provide an exceptional client experience
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Hitting and maintaining sales goals

Qualifications:

• Valid cosmetology license
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with high-energy
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong teamwork abilities and a commitment to collaboration
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
