Were launching our Residential Door-to-Door Sales Team and building it from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join early, work directly with leadership, and grow fast as this division expands. Were looking for driven, competitive individuals who want more than just a job people who want to win, earn, and build something. You dont need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If youve sold anything before youll be off to a fast start. If not, well train you to get there. We invest in people who perform. This is a performance-driven role with real upside and clear career growth. What youll be doing:- Generate new residential customers through door-to-door outreach
- Build your own pipeline and manage your territory
- Educate homeowners and guide them through the process
- Own your schedule, activity, and results
- Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
- Average first-year earnings: $60,000-$80,000 (W2)
- Strong first-year performers: $100,000+
- Top performers (Year 2): $120,000-$140,000+
- Uncapped commissions (average $225 per sale) paid semi-monthly
