The Role

Were looking for a high-potential, early-career operator to work directly alongside the founders and senior leadership team embedded at the center of how CIAL thinks, decides, and executes.

This is not a traditional corporate role. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who is exceptionally sharp, naturally curious, highly organized, and native to AI tools and modern cloud workflows.

You will sit next to decision-makers and help turn ideas into execution across everything we do. Some days that means structuring a new initiative. Others, it's researching a market, preparing materials for a key meeting, supporting an acquisition process, or simply making sure something critical doesn't fall through the cracks.

Your job, simply put: help us move faster and think better.

What You'll Do

This role changes daily. The through-line is execution and strategy moving things forward with speed, clarity, and ownership.

1. Execution Partner to Leadership

• Work directly with the founders and senior team on day-to-day priorities
• Help organize what matters, sequence what's next, and push initiatives across the finish line
• Prepare briefs, decision memos, summaries, and materials for key conversations
• Follow through relentlessly you are the person who makes sure things actually happen

1. AI & Cloud-Driven Work

• Use AI tools and cloud platforms Claude, ChatGPT, and others as a core part of how you work, every day
  • Research markets, companies, and opportunities
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, actionable outputs
  • Build drafts of strategies, documents, frameworks, and analyses
• Continuously identify ways to do more with less bringing new tools, workflows, and capabilities into the team proactively
• Set the standard for what AI-native work looks like inside CIAL

1. Projects Across the Business

• Support new initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities as they emerge
• Move fluidly between strategy, operations, research, and coordination often in the same week
• Bring structure to ambiguous situations and clarity to complex ones

1. Operational Leverage

• Identify friction in how things run and fix it
• Build simple, durable systems, workflows, and processes that make the team more effective
• Act as a force multiplier your output should make everyone around you more productive

Who You Are

• 13 years of experience, or a recent graduate we are hiring for potential, not tenure
• Exceptionally sharp and a fast, self-directed learner
• Highly organized and detail-oriented you catch what others miss
• Strong written and verbal communicator clear, concise, no fluff
• Native user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, and similar) you already use them daily, not occasionally, for building and agentic flows, not just chat
• Naturally proactive you identify what needs to happen and do it without being asked
• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by moving fast in an environment without a fixed playbook
• Low ego, high ownership you care about the work, not the credit

You might be a top student, someone who built something on your own, or simply someone who is unusually sharp and driven. We care far more about how you think than what your resume says.
