This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with premium vehicles, providing outstanding customer service, and creating memorable delivery experiences.

As a Product Delivery Coordinator , you will ensure every customer receives a first-class vehicle delivery, including delivering and explaining luxury vehicles to clients post sale. . You'll guide customers through the features and technology of their new vehicle while representing our dealership with professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule new vehicle deliveries.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle orientations, demonstrating technology, safety, and convenience features.
• Ensure every vehicle is detailed, fueled, and delivery-ready.
• Pair customer phones and assist with Bluetooth, navigation, and connected vehicle apps.
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Detail departments to provide a seamless delivery experience.

• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
