We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Berkeley Township, NJ. As an RBT with True Progress Therapy, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans, promoting skill development and reducing challenging behaviors

• Collaborate with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (CABAs) to ensure effective treatment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions and progress

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy

• Demonstrate a commitment to the principles of ABA and our organization's mission to provide supportive services to children and their families

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)

• Completion of a 40-hour RBT training program and registration with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or related developmental disabilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with ABA principles and methods
