Logistics Manager

At Rolling Raspberry Inc., we are currently seeking an engaging and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the important role of Logistics Manager. This role has a significant impact on the operations of our company and is intended for a self-motivated individual who can deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and of the entire life cycle of a product, which includes acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, and final disposition of resources.
• Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation, or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
• Ensures rational use of technical and human resources in the logistics department. Controls departmental compliance with labor and transport laws.
• Examining and re-evaluating existing contracts and suppliers.
• Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues.
• Prepare or file environmental certification applications ensuring that logistics comply with environmental laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of hands-on logistical experience in a relevant industry.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives with familiarity in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen approaches.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of logistics software.
• Outstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities, along with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: $98,000-$122,000
