We're hiring a Ship & Receive Associate to focus on outbound shipping and inbound receiving of goods. This role ensures that products and materials are shipped on time and incoming inventory is received accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Shipping:

• Prepare orders for outbound shipment (labeling, staging, scanning)
• Load shipments onto trucks or pallets for scheduled carrier pickups
• Confirm accuracy of shipment contents and destination info
• Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely pickups and carrier performance

Receiving:

• Unload incoming deliveries from trucks or containers
• Check items against packing slips and purchase orders
• Report damages or discrepancies immediately to the inventory team
• Move inventory to appropriate storage areas and update records accordingly

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must be comfortable using a computer and basic inventory software
• Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse logistics is preferred
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks or forklifts (certification a plus)
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with any warehouse tasks that require forklift operation
• Keep the outside loading dock and surrounding areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Support general warehouse operations as needed, including occasional material handling and storage tasks

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Shift hours vary; flexibility for early mornings, evenings, or weekends is preferred
• Overtime may be required during peak seasons
