What You’ll Do

• Support customers with onboarding and adoption of our e‑commerce and digital platforms
• Proactively engage customers to demonstrate digital tools and capabilities
• Train customers on features that improve ordering, visibility, and efficiency
• Serve as a digital resource for sales teams
• Identify opportunities where digital solutions can strengthen customer relationships
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams as needed
• Track activity, engagement, and progress within CRM and digital systems
• Stay current on platform enhancements and new digital capabilities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Comfort working with software, web platforms, and digital tools
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Problem‑solver with a willingness to learn technical concepts
• Collaborative approach when working with sales and internal teams
• Positive, adaptable attitude in a fast‑moving environment

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• This job is performed primarily in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers.

Location: Cranbury, NJ based but will need to travel for customer and branch visits

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Salary: $50 - $55k plus bonus opportunity
